Oana specializes in mergers & acquisitions, with particular focus on sectors, such as Consumer Goods, Food and Retail, Technology, Life Sciences, Energy and Natural Resources. She has been involved in various complex M&A deals acting on all sides and gained experience in both domestic and cross-border transactions. She is able to adapt to the needs of each business and is recognized for her enthusiastic and creative approach. Oana is a core member of our International Corporate Reorganizations practice group, having been involved in a myriad of ICR projects. She leads and coordinates the ICR projects involving Romania and is fundamental in delivering those projects in a seamless and orderly manner.
