Kevin is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate practice at DLA Piper in Paris.

He advises French and international investors, asset managers, developers and corporate occupiers on a broad range of domestic and cross-border real estate transactions. His practice focuses on complex acquisitions and disposals, including portfolio transactions, share deals, joint ventures, real estate investments and the real estate aspects of M&A transactions.

Kevin regularly advises clients on the acquisition, financing, development and asset management of logistics, commercial, hospitality and mixed-use assets. He also assists with commercial leasing matters, including the structuring and negotiation of lease agreements, property management agreements and asset management arrangements.

His experience includes advising leading institutional investors and private equity sponsors on large-scale logistics platforms, sale-and-leaseback transactions, portfolio acquisitions and pan-European financing transactions.
