Kayla is an associate in the New York office of DLA Piper LLP. Kayla has a broad range of experience representing banks, other financial institutions, and companies in a wide range of domestic and cross-border finance transactions, including syndicated and bilateral secured and unsecured loan facilities, with a particular focus on project, infrastructure and renewables transactions, as well as ECA-supported financings and leveraged financing. She also frequently serves as counsel to banks and other financial institutions in their role as agent in connection with secured and unsecured credit facilities.
