Jusra Esmahil

Jusra Esmahil advises national and international employers across the full spectrum of individual and collective employment law, with a particular focus on matters at the intersection with data protection law, as well as selected aspects of residence and immigration law.

She represents companies in out-of-court matters and before German labor courts, particularly in disputes concerning terminations and compensation. In addition, she advises and represents employers in proceedings involving works councils, both before labor courts and in conciliation committees.
