Jacklynn Everduim, senior associate in the Corporate M&A team of DLA Piper, has over 10 years of experience in leading international M&A (asset and share) transactions, providing general corporate law advice, setting up (or disentangling) joint ventures and leading complex corporate restructurings (usually) between signing and completion of M&A transactions. She advises large (inter)national clients and leads the deal team throughout the entire transaction. Jacklynn has a particular focus on the industrials and tech sectors. Clients describe her as professionally reliable by her dedication, proactiveness, provider of great solutions and ability to stay calm. With her excellent corporate legal knowledge, she assists clients with making strategic decisions in transactions. Jacklynn is also part of the ESG committee at DLA Piper Netherlands.
