Giampiero Falasca is a Partner in DLA Piper's Employment practice and works from the Rome and Milan offices. He advises national and international companies on a broad range of employment law matters, including day-to-day and strategic employment advice, employment litigation, industrial relations and social security matters.

Giampiero has extensive experience advising clients operating across a wide variety of industries, including retail and large-scale distribution, metals and engineering, banking, life sciences, film and entertainment, commerce, distribution and services, social co-operatives, management consulting, employment agencies, telecommunications and professional football.

He has also developed significant experience designing innovative employment law solutions, including collective bargaining arrangements to support corporate transformation processes, smart working projects and corporate welfare programmes, contributing to the development of practices that have become market references.
