Michael Fehser

Michael represents both privately and publicly held businesses in a variety of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, growth equity investments, and general corporate matters. He drafts and negotiates transaction documents for equity and asset purchases, divestitures, mergers, and partnering transactions, as well as preferred stock offering documents, subscription packages and other investment documents for early-stage and emerging growth companies.

Michael has worked on dozens of merger and acquisition transactions, venture capital investments, and financing transactions. And though he has represented companies in a wide variety of industries, Michael has substantial experience in the purchase and sale of pharmacies and related health care entities, as well as equity and debt financing transactions.
