Data Protection & Privacy
Experience advising on data protection and privacy compliance matters under the GDPR and the Spanish data protection framework, including the design and implementation of privacy compliance programs. Regular involvement in security breach assessments and regulatory advice on data processing activities and international data transfers.

Life Sciences
Advising pharmaceutical and medical device companies on a broad range of regulatory matters, including clinical trials, compassionate use programs and promotional activities. Experience covers advertising of medicines and medical devices, interactions with healthcare professionals, as well as pricing, reimbursement and overall regulatory compliance in the life sciences sector.

Commercial, Contractual & Intellectual Property
Extensive experience in drafting and negotiating commercial and corporate agreements, with a particular focus on technology, intellectual property and outsourcing arrangements. Advising on e commerce, advertising, consumer protection and digital regulation matters, including contract negotiation in highly regulated environments.
