Andrea Ferrara Fierro

Andrea Ferrara Fierro is a Lawyer in the M&A group within the Corporate Department. He works in the Rome office.

Andrea has gained experience assisting medium and large companies in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, international projects and on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters (stock and asset deals, joint ventures, investment agreements, shareholders agreements, commercial and distributorship agreements and real estate acquisitions).

Andrea also advises clients interested in developing their business abroad, with a particular focus on South American and Middle-East countries, supporting the clients from the initial phase (e.g., with the set up of a legal entity or a branch) to the development of the business from a legal and commercial perspective, in cooperation with local counsels.

Andrea has also gained experience advising clients operating in the TMT and ICT sectors.
