Andreas Fiore primarily focuses on Real Estate, Corporate-M&A and commercial contracts. In particular, Andreas has gained experience in negotiating and drafting contracts related to extraordinary transactions, both domestic and cross-border, for domestic and international clients, acquisition and divestment of real estate portfolios, acquisition of corporate interests, incorporation of joint ventures and private equity investments, both in the corporate and real estate fields.

He has also acquired specific expertise in venture capital, corporate governance, ordinary legal advice and drafting legal opinions in civil law as well as civil and corporate litigation.
