Natan Fischer advises on corporate, commercial and civil law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and private equity.
He supports both Polish and international clients throughout the entire transaction process, from conducting due diligence reviews to preparing transactional documentation, as well as providing ongoing assistance on day-to-day corporate and commercial law issues.
