Alexis Fletcher maintains a general corporate commercial practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and debt financing transactions. Alexis' practice also includes assisting emerging and growth stage companies in a variety of industry sectors.
Alexis regularly advises clients on a wide range of matters, including business formation and structuring, corporate governance, financings, purchase and sale transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and negotiating and drafting commercial agreements.
Alexis received her J.D/M.B.A. from Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business. Prior to joining DLA Piper as an associate she summered and articled with the firm.
