Daniel Flores is a seasoned advisor in Competition Law, with extensive experience representing leading domestic and international companies in complex matters related to consumer protection, unfair competition, and antitrust regulations. He regularly advises clients on strategic responses to investigations, inspections, and enforcement actions before INDECOPI, combining deep regulatory knowledge with a practical and risk-sensitive approach.

Daniel also leads the data protection practice in Peru, guiding clients through compliance with personal data regulations and the implementation of robust internal governance frameworks. His advisory work extends to proceedings before the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data and includes the design and reinforcement of corporate policies aligned with local and international standards.

Alongside his regulatory practice, Daniel has built a solid track record in corporate advisory, especially in transactional work. He has advised on numerous mergers, acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations, providing end-to-end counsel—from legal due diligence to the negotiation and drafting of complex contractual frameworks.
His international credentials include secondments at DLA Piper Chile (2019) and DLA Piper LLP (US), Washington D.C. (2022–2023), which have broadened his global outlook and enhanced his ability to advise clients operating across multiple jurisdictions.

Daniel is a faculty member at ESAN Graduate School of Business, where he teaches “Business Purchase and Sale Transactions” as part of the Executive Specialization Program. He has also served as a teaching assistant in several legal disciplines at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, contributing to the academic training of future legal professionals
