Kathryn’s practice covers a broad range of general corporate and transactional matters, including public offerings and SEC disclosure matters, corporate finance, corporate advisory work, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital financings. 

Kathryn represents companies at all stages of their life cycle, from start-ups to public companies primarily in the life sciences and technology industries. 
She has worked on a wide range of capital market transactions (both issuer and bank-side), including IPOs, follow-on offerings, shelf-takedowns, at-the-market offerings, and PIPEs.
