Billy Franco

Billy Franco is a seasoned litigator specializing in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) within the construction and infrastructure sectors. He advises contractors and concessionaires, particularly in disputes related to public infrastructure concession contracts and major public and private works governed by internationally recognized contract models. His practice spans key sectors such as highways, sanitation, water treatment, mining, hydraulic infrastructure, and housing, including some of Peru’s most significant projects in recent decades.

Billy’s deep industry knowledge allows him to get involved in case strategy from the project execution phase and lead multidisciplinary teams throughout the dispute resolution process. He has represented clients before distinguished national arbitration institutions, as well as prestigious international bodies such as the ICC International Court of Arbitration, handling multi-jurisdictional cases.
