Amy has a wealth of finance experience acting for major UK and EU banks, private capital institutions, large listed and private companies, real estate developers and education institutions on a variety of financing and treasury related matters.
Amy routinely handle's complex cross border transactions, as well as large scale UK based funding.
EXPERIENCE
- Recent experience includes taking a leading role in a landmark EUR225m syndicated real estate investment financing acting for a club of three European banks.
- Acting for a syndicate of four UK banks in relation to a GBP150m revolving credit facility made available to Norcros Plc.
- Acting for Maslow Capital on a GBP120m bridging and development financing for a mixed use co-living development.
