Brandon Friedman

Brandon’s practice focuses on capital markets transactions, public and private M&A, and general corporate and securities matters, with a particular emphasis on the life sciences, healthcare, and technology sectors.

Brandon’s capital markets practice is split between public transactions and public disclosure. He counsels public companies and investment banks conducting equity capital markets transactions, and he counsels public companies navigating the disclosure requirements set forth by the SEC, state law regulators, NYSE and NASDAQ.
