Thomas has experience working with clients ranging from start-up companies to Fortune 500 companies. Thomas also assists with due diligence and opinion work relating to patentability, infringement, validity, and freedom to operate.
Thomas also maintains a robust Pro Bono practice, primarily working to assist inventors to protect their innovations and assist disabled veterans in obtaining disability benefits.
