Cameron Fynney


Cameron practises in all areas of workplace law.

Cameron has experience advising both unionized and non-unionized employers on labour board relations, employment disputes, collective bargaining, human rights complaints and occupational health and safety prosecutions.

Cameron represents employers in proceedings before the courts, labour arbitrators, labour relations boards and human rights tribunals. Prior to joining DLA Piper, Cameron articled and practiced at a prominent management-side labour and employment boutique firm in Toronto. 

While completing his JD at the University of Ottawa, Cameron was involved in competitive mooting and competed as a Varsity Rower on the University of Ottawa Men’s Rowing team. When Cameron is not in the office, he can be found on the ice refereeing competitive hockey or on the golf course trying to save par.
