Bárbara concentrates her practice in the Competition and Antitrust area, focusing on the implementation of antitrust compliance programs, merger control, internal and external investigations, and defense before both the National Economic Prosecutor's Office (FNE) and the Chile's Antitrust Court (TDLC).
She also advises on consumer protection and day-to-day business matters.
Bárbara has experience advising clients in the consumer and retail, technology, aviation, and industrial sectors.
