EXPERIENCE

  • Advised Busy Bees on its acquisition of Provincial Education Group.  The deal involved the acquisition of a complex asset with a significant number of early learning and childcare centres, in a highly regulated sector, all during COVID-19 lockdowns.
  • Advised Accel-KKR’s emerging buyout fund on the acquisition of the Unimarket group, an NZ founded and headquartered eProcurement solution.
  • Advised TOWER Limited on its Reserve Bank approved multi-company amalgamation.
  • Acted for General Electric on project managing their global reorganisation (in the Asia-Pacific region) in respect of a number of its sells downs, including GE’s USS21bn biopharma sale to Danaher.
  • Advised Accel-AKKR’s Springbrook Software on its acquisition of MAGIQ Software.
  • Advising warranty and indemnity insurers across the Asia-Pacific region including AIG, Liberty Global Solutions, Brockwell Capital and Beazley on the provision of warranty and indemnity insurance for large-scale New Zealand and cross-border transactions.
  • Project managing the corporate implementation of cross border transactions for a large public conglomerate.
