Giulia Gambarini LL.M

Giulia is a Lawyer in the Banking practice within the Finance, Projects & Restructuring department. She focuses on finance transactions, assisting Italian and international lenders and borrowers in the context of loan transactions, including asset finance, real estate finance and project financing, as well as in bond issues.

Giulia is dual-qualified, as a lawyer in Italy and as Solicitor in England and Wales, so that she can provide a multilateral approach in transnational transactions. Before joining our firm, she lived and worked in the United Kingdom for three years, therefore she had the chance to be involved in several cross-board transactions.
