Pablo is a Senior Associate in DLA Piper's Real Estate department in its Madrid office.
He focuses his activity in advising international and national companies and funds in real estate transactions such as asset deal or share deal, acquisitions for subsequent development and/or leasing, sale and lease-back, negotiation of forward purchase agreements, construction and commercial leases, in the logistics, retail, office, hospitality (hotels, student residences and retirement homes), residential and leisure & sport sectors.
He also has experience in transactional support in financing and refinancing transactions for banks and institutional funds for the acquisition, construction or repositioning of hotel, student housing, logistics, residential and office assets; and in acquisition, sale and financing transactions of renewable energy projects.
Throughout his professional career, Pablo has acquired relevant experience in all aspects of real estate transactions, including the review and drafting of due diligence and purchase and sale agreements, as well as the negotiation of lease agreements, construction contracts and other real estate matters.
