Luke Gannon has focused in Funds and Corporate work for over 25 years.
Luke advises financial institutions, investment banks, fund managers, sponsors and investors on the establishment of a wide range of institutional and retail investment products, including: private equity and venture capital funds, hedge funds, real estate funds and structured financial products. His investment fund transaction experience includes: formations, listings, capital raisings, the establishment of financial services businesses, regulatory advice and acting for funds in acquisitions and exits.
Luke also advises on a broad range of corporate finance transactions including fund raisings, joint ventures and mergers & acquisitions, particularly in the financial services sector.
Luke is recognised as a leading lawyer for Investment Funds in China and Hong Kong, including by Chambers Asia Pacific (2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2104) and IFLR 1000 (2013, 2014).
