As a member of the firm’s Investment Funds group, Giovanni represents sponsors and investors in forming, investing in, and operating private funds. His practice primarily focuses on representing the sponsors and management teams of leading real estate and other private equity investment funds in their operations. In addition to fund sponsor and management arrangements, Giovanni has experience advising institutional investors in the negotiation and structuring of investments in private equity funds and other alternative assets.
Giovanni also devotes part of his practice to immigration matters in a pro bono capacity. Giovanni has assisted in pro bono clients in petitioning the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) in a wide range of matters involving citizenship and immigration.
