Emily Gilman has litigated a diverse range of complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts across the country.
Emily's experience includes representing public and private companies in securities litigation, business disputes, consumer fraud actions, insurance and reinsurance coverage disputes, breach of contract actions and copyright and trademark infringement litigation. She has litigated significant class action matters for clients in the insurance and technology industries in both the pre- and post-certification stages, and she also has experience investigating and litigating qui tam whistleblower lawsuits.
