Cole Gingrich

Cole focuses his practice on patent prosecution, including portfolio management and domestic and international prosecution of patent applications, predominantly related to software.

While at Berkeley Law, Cole worked as a Tutor for the Law and Technology Writing Workshop, assisting students in writing articles on recent developments in Intellectual Property Law for potential publication in the Berkeley Technology Law Journal’s Annual Review.

Prior to law school, Cole served as an officer in the United States Coast Guard, assigned first to the USCGC ESCANABA in Boston, MA and then to the Coast Guard Ninth District in Cleveland, OH.
