Michał Giżewski

Michał in his practice, focuses on regulatory aspects of the energy sector, with a particular focus on renewable energy sources, as well as advising on investments involving energy infrastructure.
Michał participates in due diligence studies of wind and photovoltaic projects. He also attends administrative proceedings before the President of the Energy Regulatory Authority, in particular concerning obtaining licenses and imposing penalties on energy companies. 
In addition, Michal has experience in providing legal advice to companies generating electricity in cogeneration.
