  • Advising Duke Street on its acquisition of Kent Pharmaceuticals and Athlone Laboratories, which were carved out from the DCC Plc group and manufacturer specialist general pharmaceuticals in the UK and Ireland
  • Advising Management of Combell Group, a leader in mass hosting services for SMEs across Europe, on a secondary MBO involving Waterland and Hg
  • Advising Combell Group on its acquisition of TransIP Group and bolt-on acquisition of Register Group by its newly formed “team.blue” group, creating a European digital services business with a combined valuation exceeding USD1 billion
  • Advising Fortive Corporation on their USD2.8 billion acquisition of Johnson & Johnson's Advanced Sterilization Products (ASP) business, in particular leading on the incorporation of new entities in multiple jurisdictions across EMEA, liaising with local counsel to implement the funding of these new entities and the subsequent acquisition of the local ASP businesses
  • Advising BMI Group on its international corporate reorganisation, and in particular, leading on the steps involving the transfer of shares in a number of entities across multiple European jurisdictions to a UK holding company
  • Advising GFH Financial Group BSC, a Bahrain-based investment group, on its acquisition of 85% of The Entertainer group, a leading mobile e-commerce platform
  • Advising John Menzies plc on the amendments to its articles of association ahead of a proposed removal of preference shares from its share capital by way of a court approved reduction of capital
  • Advising WeWork advising on its corporate governance in the U.K. and their international expansion into numerous jurisdictions
