Paola Grillo

Paola provides assistance to domestic and foreign companies in both day-to-day legal activities and extraordinary (domestic and cross-border) transactions. She also regularly assists clients in the drafting, reviewing and negotiation of commercial agreements. In addition, she offers corporate assistance to international groups with respect to resolutions of the main corporate bodies.
