Rune is highly experienced in advising Danish as well as non-Danish enterprises on competition law issues, including the conclusion of trade agreements, matters of criminal liability for breach of competition law and merger control. In addition, Rune deals extensively with issues relating to aviation, railway transport and the distribution of pharmaceuticals.
