EXPERIENCE

  • Advising LaSalle Investment Managers/CALSTRS on the redevelopment and letting of 60 London Wall.
  • Advising a real estate investment company on the asset acquisition of 26 properties in Fitzrovia for c. GBP300m – this was the highest value investment transaction in the West End in 2023.
  • Advising on the acquisition of a US REIT comprising a EUR1.1bn Pan-European office portfolio.
  • Advising AXA on the redevelopment and letting of One Smart’s Place, an office block in Central London.
  • Advising a global client on entering into their framework property management agreements on a Pan-European basis.
  • Advising an international film company on the leasehold acquisition of studio space in the United Kingdom for a total rent of over GBP50m per annum.
  • Advising on the acquisition, operational management agreement and financing of the 758-bedroom Vita student accommodation site in Lewisham for circa GBP200m.
  • Advising Oval Real Estate on the acquisition of 1 Colmore Square, an office block in Birmingham, for GBP86.75m.
  • Advising AXA on the sale of a portfolio of industrial properties for c. GBP50m.
  • Advising The Boston Consulting Group on the leasing of new offices at 25 Canada Square in Canary Wharf and 80 Charlotte Street in Soho.
