Zach Hart

Zach Hart represents sponsors in forming and operating private funds. His practice focuses on representing the sponsors and management teams of real estate and private equity investment funds in their global fundraising activities. In addition to structuring fund sponsor and management arrangements, Zach has experience in structuring real estate related joint venture acquisitions and ongoing fund operational matters. Zach also represents clients in negotiations with existing and prospective investors, joint venture partners and service providers.

Zach has experience in securities issues relating to private equity fund formation, including those established as real estate investment trusts (REITs), and other private placements. Zach also advises clients on regulatory compliance matters, including applicable registration requirements and available exemptions, as well as applicable regulatory filings.
