  • A company that provides sustainable solutions and environmental services globally in the process of acquiring shares in the Australian environmental company that holds shares in the Chilean subsidiary
  • A major player in the berry production and advertising market in the structuring and materialization of an investment to acquire the shares owned by the shareholders of an agriculture company and to finance the development plan of the joint business, forming a joint venture, dedicated to the production of berries and the future development of a fruit freezing and packaging plant
