Merisa Hartung

Merisa Hartung is an associate in the Investment Management and Real Estate Capital Markets Practice Group. She represents clients in a broad range of corporate and securities transactions with a primarily focus on representing private fund sponsors in structuring and forming domestic and international private investment funds. She regularly advises clients on all aspects on fund formation including investor negotiations, regulatory compliance, fundraising, structuring and ongoing fund administration. In addition to her sponsor-side work, Merisa has experience representing a broad-range of institutional investors in connection with their investments in private funds and other alternative investment products.
