  • Advising an international OEM manufacturer of electrical power systems on its UAE operations in connection with its acquisition by a global oilfield services and products provider.
  • Advising a global educational organization on its expansion plans in the UAE and assisting with local incorporation and subsequent acquisitions of various local entities.
  • Advising various global pharmaceutical companies on a significant number of corporate transactions and matters including entity formation (and regulatory aspects involved), corporate structuring and day-to-day corporate maintenance and governance.
