  • Assisting an insurance company on a fund structure for an alternative investments fund platform in Germany and Luxembourg to be used in a German unit-linked insurance product.
  • Assisting an operational aircraft company on its restructuring of the holding scheme of aircrafts to be leased back through Luxembourg in the context of the liquidity effect caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
  • Assisting a large German family-owned group on the relocation of their headquarters to Luxembourg.
