Gerd Hegele advises private equity and strategic investors on complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. His practice has a particular focus on infrastructure investments, carve-outs and joint ventures, including transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors. He also has considerable experience advising on growth transactions and distressed M&A.

He combines extensive transactional experience with a strong understanding of the private equity and infrastructure markets and supports investors on sophisticated transactions across jurisdictions.
