Chantal Herberstein

Chantal Herberstein has been practicing litigation, arbitration & regulatory since 2011 with particular focus on full financial disputes in both national and international transactions before courts and tribunals around the world.

Other main areas of her practice include advising clients in corporate and M&A matters as well as white collar crime.

Chantal has advised leading enterprises and banks in Austria as well as Germany in financial disputes against private and professional investors and uses her transnational knowledge of different regulatory regimes to the best interests of her clients.

She is also heavily involved in DLA Piper’s pro bono practice by not only providing pro bono work to clients herself on a regular basis, but also by organising the pro bono work of the whole Austrian office.
