• Dexcom on its acquisition from IDA Ireland of a site in Athenry, County Galway, on which it has developed its first manufacturing facility in Europe.
• The purchaser of a portfolio of 3 retail parks across the country, the third largest commercial real estate transaction in Ireland in 2025.
• Liverpool Football Club on its retail leases at Swords Pavilions and Ilac in Dublin.
• Principal Real Estate on the acquisition of two data centres in Dublin.
• Notion Labs on the leasing of its office in Dublin 4.
• Warner Bros. on the leasing of its office in Dublin 1.
• IPB Insurance CLG on the sale of two office properties in Dublin 2 to an institutional investor.
• A number of French SCPIs on the acquisition of commercial premises across Ireland.

Hotels & Leisure

• Lifestyle Hospitality Capital and its joint venture partner on the real estate aspects of the investment in the Press Up Group's hospitality business, consisting of a portfolio of eight boutique hotels.

Renewable Energy

• AIB, Bank of Ireland and Société Générale on the real estate aspects of the EUR215 million financing of a portfolio comprising seven solar farms across Ireland in 2025.
