Christina Houston chairs the Delaware corporate transactional practice of DLA. Christina is internationally recognized in the areas of Delaware law, limited liability company law, partnership law, corporate law, legal opinions, and anti-money laundering laws. Christina is known as a go-to strategist for complex business transactions, governance matters, and disputes. Christina is a leader of DLA's work on Decentralized Autonomous Organizations, and she is a leader of DLA's blockchain and emerging technology services.
