  • Representation of a real estate investment company in connection with the formation of a joint venture for the development of a 1 million square feet mixed-use project in Miami, Florida and a US$215 million construction loan for the project
  • Representation of a real estate investment company in connection with the refinance of an office building located in NYC, with a US$200 million mortgage loan and a mezzanine loan of approximately US$127 million
  • Representation of a lender in a US$513 million mortgage loan secured by a portfolio of 16 properties in 8 states
  • Representation of a lender in a construction loan of up to US$81 million for the development and construction of a mixed-use project in Hialeah, Florida
  • Representation of a borrower/original lender in a leveraged loan transaction of up to US$50 million secured by collateral assignment of mortgage loan documents
  • Representation of a lender in connection with the modification of a US$175 million mortgage loan secured by a portfolio of 8 properties in 4 states
