Alina Iarve advises institutional investors on primary fund investments and co-investments across private equity, infrastructure, real estate, credit, venture capital, and hedge funds, as well as bespoke investment structures, including funds-of-one and separately managed accounts.
Alina regularly represents clients in the review, structuring, and negotiation of complex investment documentation, including limited partnership agreements, side letters, transfer and secondary agreements, placement agent engagements, investment management agreements, revenue-sharing arrangements, and select direct investments.
Prior to joining DLA Piper to focus on investor representation, Alina served as in-house counsel to an emerging venture fund in the digital health sector. Earlier in her career, she advised issuers and underwriters in public and private debt and equity offerings, and counseled on corporate governance, securities law compliance, and periodic reporting obligations.
