  • Global client: Advise the client in the execution in Latin America, of a global reduction in force (RIF) of its marketing department, which included Argentina, Chile, Brasil, Uruguay, Colombia, Perú, Panamá and Costa Rica.
  • Several clients: Advise on various process of internal investigation in companies for alleged claims of mobbing and sexual harassment.
  • Technology Company: Working side to side with the business in the implementation of new law that regulates the services of transport of passenger and goods provided over digital platforms. 
  • Technology Company: Advised a global company of digital platform for purchase and distribution of goods, in the integration of the local subsidiary with the rest of the world, which required initiating a collective bargaining process, to equalize the benefits and enable the integration process.
