Ana Izquierdo Cuerda

Ana is senior associate in the Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practice in DLA Piper Spain.

She works in the corporate area with a special focus on company acquisitions, advising both industrial investors and private equity firms, as well as on corporate restructurings.

She has advised national and international clients on a wide range of matters, including corporate and commercial legal advice on their day-to-day business, drafting and reviewing contracts and advising on structuring, corporation/liquidation of legal entities and branches, capital increases, drafting of articles of association; advice and implementation of corporate reorganization transactions such as domestic and cross-border mergers and spin-offs and international domicile transfers. She has also participated in several due diligence processes - corporate, contractual, real estate, trademarks and litigation - in sectors such as private security, communication, transportation, medical, hotel, energy, among others.
