Nina Jabbari

Nina maintains a general corporate commercial practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and financial services.

Nina has experience assisting on a variety of corporate matters for private companies in Canada and abroad, including business acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and governance matters. She has also supported multijurisdictional lending transactions and other commercial arrangements.

While completing her J.D. at the University of Windsor, Nina gained diverse experience through her work with several clinics, including the Community Legal Aid Clinic, EPICentre Practicum Clinic, and the Transnational Law and Entertainment Law Clinic. Nina was also actively involved in the Women and the Law Club, where she served as White Ribbon Co-Chair, promoting gender equity and advocacy.

Nina summered and articled with the firm before joining as an associate in 2025.‎
