Ruyang has a wealth of experience working on both project agreements and financing documents and has been involved in a variety of transactions including greenfield project development and financing, project-related M&A and restructurings as well as capital markets transactions. His clients are mainly Chinese state-owned energy companies developing and investing in energy and infrastructure projects globally. His experience has focused on energy transition/renewables and electricity transmission projects where he has led cross-border and cross-practice teams on several large-scale transactions.
