Deborah Jin practices in the Securities and Corporate group with a primary focus on corporate and capital markets law. She assists both Canadian and international clients on various corporate and securities matters
During law school, Deborah spent a semester abroad at the University of Edinburgh and another semester in Ottawa, completing a placement through the International and Transnational Law Intensive Program. She is also a member of the Korean Canadian Lawyers Association and was previously involved with the Korean Legal Clinic. Deborah summered and articled with the firm before joining as an associate in 2026.
