Sam is a corporate lawyer advising on domestic and international private equity and M&A transactions across a number of sectors including tech, education and healthcare.

Sam regularly acts for private equity sponsors on buyouts, co-investments, restructurings and exits. Sam also advises portfolio companies on bolt-on acquisitions, disposals, and general corporate matters, as well as advising management teams on MBOs.
