  • Advising a consortium of investors including PGIM Real Estate and Elevation Advisors on the acquisition of a portfolio of care homes from Signature Senior Lifestyle.
  • Advising Harrison Street Asset Management on the disposal of a PBSA portfolio consisting of 1600 beds.
  • Advising a major global real estate investor on the formation of an aggregator vehicle and joint venture arrangements connected to the acquisition of real estate assets in The Netherlands.

  • Advising a major global fund of funds firm in relation to various investments into private equity, real estate, venture capital funds and co-investment vehicles.
